"A Father of the fatherless, and a Judge of the widows, is God in His holy habitation." Psalm 68:5
The primary ministry of Haiti Home of Hope is the total care of orphans. On the fifth anniversary of the orphanage, we were ministering to the spiritual, physical, nutritional, educational, and emotional needs of 31 orphans. Two of our little ones have already gone home to be with the Lord.
Malnutrition is a severe problem in Haiti. When most of the orphans arrive at Haiti Home of Hope, their hair is white or red; their eyes are sunken and they display a general sense of weakness. Within just a few weeks of good nutrition, the appearance of these little ones changes right before our eyes.
In Addition to the full time orphans, Haiti Home of Home also ministers to 70 newborns and families through a milk clinic and food distribution center. This nutritional ministry allows the orphanage to have a significant impact in and around Pignon, Haiti all in the name of the Lord Jesus.
Haiti Home of Hope: The First Five Years was narrated by Victor B. Borden, Senior Pastor of Red Bridge Baptist Church, and produced by Chris Brennan.
